Next to the Nellis Air Force Base in Northeast Las Vegas, there has been a recent build up of affordably priced homes built in attractive communities. One of these communities is Sunrise Mountain which overlooks the Las Vegas Valley. This is well known as the best place to get a view of Las Vegas and best place to watch a sunset. It's beautiful out there.
Much of the business in the area is based around Nellis Air Force Base, however there is a large industrial zone that is built along the I-15 freeway on the way to the new Las Vegas Speedway.
